Chessington World of Adventures

This is the ideal day out for any little thrill-seekers.  With nine themed lands, a Sea Life Centre, and over 1,000 animals, you can see and do it all at Chessington World of Adventures.  It’s no wonder they’ve built a safari themed hotel, as it’s just not possible to fit so much into one day.

The Hop Farm Family Park

Amazingly, the Hop Farm Family Park is totally free for adults and children to enter, some of the attractions are free to use whilst others have a small charge.  There is the animal farm and bird of prey zone, outdoor adventure play area and the Magic castle which will astound children of all ages.

Legoland for children

The ideal adventure for children aged 3+, Legoland Windsor is a fantastic family day out.  Set in 150 acres of stunning parkland, with over 55 interactive rides, a driving school and numerous other attractions, whether your little person is a diehard lego fan or not, this will be a great family treat.

Dickens World

Experience the world of Charles Dickens and Victorian England in this 90 minute guided tour.  The interactive tour cleverly takes you back through Dickensian England, allowing you to meet the characters Dickens created in his novels, both naughty and nice ones!  You can also visit a real Debtors prison, and enjoy a range of funfair activities.

Each of these attractions would be worth visiting even if you weren’t already planning a trip to London.  There are some great hotel deals in the areas surrounding London which are worth looking into for a great value family break.
